The high pressure and high temperature gate valves are connected by flange and is an integral direct-cast valve, which is mainly used for water, steam, oil and other pipes with pressure lower than 16.0Pa. The middle part of the valve is connected by a valve cover, and the sealing function is still excellent even when working under high temperature and high pressure. The upper part of the sealing surface is made of hardfacing carbide, which has the advantages of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and durability. Its valve rod surface has been treated with corrosion-resistant nitriding, which has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
The closing and opening of the high pressure and high temperature gate valves are controlled by the device installed on the valve cover, equipped with a variety of components such as the special motor for the valve, the reduction gearbox, and there are also manual switching and electric switch switching settings. The valve switch is adjusted by the travel control mechanism, which can protect the valve when the travel control mechanism fails.

working principle
The opening and closing part of the wedge gate valve is the gate, and the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid. The wedge gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, and is not suitable for adjustment and throttling. The wedge gate valve generally completes the opening and closing of the valve by moving the valve stem up and down with the rotating handwheel.
There are two types of wedge gate valves: open rod wedge gate valve and dark rod wedge gate valve. The rising stem wedge gate valve is the stem. It moves up and down, and the stem nut is fixed. The dark stem gate valve is fixed by the stem, and the stem nut moves up and down to complete the opening and closing.
